Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur, Illinois on 23 July 1971, is a well-known and well-off Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes and Krauss, were amongst the earliest Grammy Award-winners. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23 1971) is an American bluegrass-country singer and musician. Her age was just teen when she made her debut in the music world and was a winner of local contests at the age of 10 old and recording her first album when she was 14 years. She signed to Rounder Records in 1985 and released her first self-titled album on the label in the year 1987. The album was also a part of the group Alison Krauss Union Station where she still performs. Later, in 1989, her first solo album was released with them.
